Nice facility, would have liked someone to personally show me to my unit just for the first time. The key is expensive and there should be a universal option. I also think the monthly insurance should have more options. Other than that the unit was clean, a good size, and a good promotional price.

Clean facility and use of carts aided with the ease of move in. Pricing is higher than expected and there is a requirement to have insurance on your goods which increases the price more.

The facility is clean and the employees are nice but I do not like that the facility does not tell you that they are a cylinder only facility and that you have to pay for it. Granted you take it with you when you leave but I think they should tell people beforehand. That was very sneaky of them to slide it in and then you don't notice until you've paid. $20 for a cylinder is alot.

When I found the space online, it was advertised for about $20 a month, plus a $25 down payment. I only needed it for like 3 months, so I thought it would only cost around $80. NO. It was $160. But, it's in a safe area, it has a lock on it, and you need to use a code Twice just to get into my section of the building.

She was so professional and patient with us, we weren't sure what size of unit, she showed us several units inside & out and after we chose one she was very thorough with the rental agreement and we left really satisfied! Overall happy with the facility and customer service. Not happy with the lack of transparency with regards to initial transaction. They tell you the costs and when they get there they fail to mention required insurance fee and lock fee. Of course, they tell you about admin fee because they waive it to make it look good. I would highly recommend adding the above to items to move-in checklist to be completely transparent. Otherwise, very happy.

Needed 10x20, and internet rate was great compared to other close by choices, plus first month intro offer and location on Hwy 55 in Cary NC made this the best choice.Sarah was friendly and fast to follow up the internet reservation by phone, and made the application and contract completion very quick and easy. Access to storage unit is simple and quick, plenty of transport carts are available, and the entire building is new, clean, well maintained, and secure. Before this facility was built, I stored twice at nearby competitor, also with very nice on site support staff and safe secure clean building, but this facility is better, less expensive, access in and out is easier, and I highly recommend it. Rates vary by demand and occupancy, so shopping around can save some money.

Sarah was great, and Courtney was also helpful. Would have been nice to be allowed to use lock from last Public Storage unit, but this space requires a different lock. Seems like another way to take people's money. :-/

First of all the facility was very, very clean. Of course security is extremely important, and the fact that you have to enter your personal code to access the facility, then again to access your building and again the elevator or the hallway tells me that this place really does have security.....and don't forget the video cameras because they are there too. Now add to that the people in the front office....very professional and very helpful. Sarah assisted us and provided us with good advice and also gave us a tour to make sure that we would be happy storing our furniture and belongings there. We have moved around a lot and have used plenty of storage facilities, so far this is our favorite.

The facility looks nice, but the first floor was too humid and wet. The pipes for the fire extinguishers and the ceiling had a LOT of condensation on them. Water kept falling into my unit from the pipes, wetting my stuff. Other areas of the first floor had pools of water on the floor. The suitcases that I had stored starting growing mold and are not salvageable. The staff at the front were nice enough, but there was nothing they could do. They had no information to share regarding the problem(s) or what was being done to fix them, or when. They recommended that I call the district manager, which I did. I left a message for him, which he did not return until the next day. He said that they did not control humidity and that he had contractors looking at the AC units but the units were working normally. He ultimately blamed the weather for the humidity and asked that I wait until sunnier days. I moved into the unit on May 13th. Its now May 31st. I'm moving out and filing a claim for my suitcases.

The storage unit was beautiful and almost brand new. The location was convenient and easy to access. The staff were helpful and the reservation process was quick. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was that I had to pay an additional 19.99 for the keys that lock and unlock the unit. I was expecting to pay $1 for my first month's rent and a $24 one time administrative fee. Instead my first payment was a little over $46. Other than that it was a good experience.
